Team-building walk

A team-building walk that actually solves something.

Walking side by side is easier than sitting across a table. No hierarchy at the table, no screen, no fifteen-point agenda. Just movement, changing pairs and a question that finally gets asked. No ropes course. A conversation that goes somewhere.

Walk, build, decide

Bring a real question: strained collaboration, unclear roles or a direction everyone describes differently. Walk in changing pairs, then use LEGO® Serious Play® to show what is hard to say around a table. WALK, BUILD, DECIDE: from conversation to agreements.

Why walking works

Walking side by side, you look in the same direction. Sounds like a fridge magnet, but it works: less defending, more listening, and silences nobody has to fill. After an hour on foot people say what meeting number seven never got to. Our regular routes and home base are on the Team building in the Flemish Ardennes page; in-house or in Italy works too.

What does the team day cost?

From €2.500 for half a day or €4.500 for a full day, per group. Drinks included; food arranged separately. Your question shapes the programme, not the number of activities we can squeeze into a day.

Frequently asked questions

Short and concrete.

Is this just a team-building walk?
No. Walking opens the conversation, building reveals different perspectives, and deciding produces practical agreements. Team Reset combines all three.
Which teams is this for?
Existing teams, management teams and leadership groups working on collaboration, trust or direction. For 6 to 16 people. If you only want a fun activity, you probably do not need a facilitator.
What do we take back to work?
Agreements with owners and a first visible step within 72 hours. No promise that everything is solved. Clarity about who does what next.

So. What now?

Step 1

A thirty minute conversation

You describe what is not moving. We ask the question more clearly and say honestly whether we are the right party.

Step 2

A proposal that suits you

The right formula, the price, the duration, and what we need from you. No standard quote.

Step 3

A date and a checkpoint

A date that works for your agenda, plus a conversation after thirty days to see if the plan remains alive.
