When a retreat is the right choice
When the same decision keeps returning to the leadership meeting. When the strategy makes sense on paper but nobody can explain it. When a team still collaborates but no longer talks. Or when you, as an entrepreneur, are thinking alone and can feel it.
Three formats, the same method
In house at your office, between €1,250 and €4,000 per group for a half or full day. A walking day in the Flemish Ardennes, €2,500 or €4,500 per group. Or remote in the Orobie Alps, from €2,450 per person for three days, all in. We will also tell you when half a day is enough.
What a team retreat delivers
Not a report nobody opens. A knot cut, a shorter list of priorities, one sheet of paper with the plan on it, and people who understand why. What you take home you said yourself, and that is harder to ignore than a consultant's report.
The retreat in Italy
Base in Spiazzi di Gromo in the Alta Val Seriana, three or five days, 6 to 12 people. You drive with us from Belgium, roughly 12 hours, or you fly to Bergamo, an hour and a half, and we pick you up. Everything runs through local businesses in the valley: every bed, every meal, every guide.
Three days without a phone sounded like a luxury. It turned out to be the only way to finally think about where the business had to go.

- How long should a retreat last?
- As long as the question requires. Cutting one concrete knot can be done in half a day. Rethinking a strategy or getting a team talking again usually needs a full day or more. Three days in Italy is for those who really want to disconnect.
- We cannot all be away for three days. What then?
- Then we do it in Belgium. Many groups start with a day in the Flemish Ardennes and only choose Italy once the question is big enough.
- Is this a retreat for entrepreneurs only, or for teams too?
- Both. We work with entire teams and leadership groups, and with individual business leaders who want to spar with entrepreneurs from other sectors.
- Do you need to be fit to join?
- In Belgium, being able to walk for an hour is enough. In Italy we walk four to six hours a day, at a pace the group can handle. No climbing experience is needed anywhere.
