- A company retreat starts with a strategic or organisational question. Team building focuses on collaboration. Both can combine walking and building; your question determines the format.
- Does a company retreat have to be in Italy?
- No. A clear question may need only half a day at your workplace or in the Flemish Ardennes. Italy suits questions that need several days of distance and working time.
- Is the Italy retreat an all-inclusive trip?
- No. We provide facilitation. You book accommodation, meals and guides directly with local partners in your own name. Travel and transport are not included. We are facilitators, not a travel agency.
