Sometimes a team doesn't have to work harder. It has to go in the same direction again.
For individual entrepreneurs
No team with you? Then you walk with entrepreneurs who have nothing to sell you.
You do not need to gather a team to get something out of this. We put together small groups of four to eight entrepreneurs from sectors that have nothing to do with each other. Everyone brings their own question. Same method, same landing: you go home with a decision and a sheet of paper.
Two ways to join
A walking day in the Flemish Ardennes, in Michelbeke or the Muziekbos near Ronse, one hour from Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. Or three days remote in the Orobie Alps, our second home, with everything through local businesses in the Val Seriana. Close by when time is short, far away when you really need to disconnect.
Why a small group from different sectors
Because an entrepreneur from another industry has no stake in your answer. No competitors, no suppliers, no people who want something from you. Instead four to eight people with the same kind of nights, who recognise your question without knowing your market.
What happens on such a day
Every participant frames a question beforehand. Along the way we change conversation partner, pace and angle: first see what is really going on, only then solve it. There is a silent stretch where you walk alone. At the end your choice is on paper, with a first step and a date.
What it is not
No networking event with name badges, no group leadership course, no ten-session coaching track. One day, one question, one decision. And no, we promise nothing about the state of your walking shoes afterwards.

- When do these days take place?
- We put a group together as soon as there are enough participants whose questions fit together. Tell us your question and when you are available; we come back with a date.
- What does it cost per person?
- The walking day in the Flemish Ardennes is charged per person, depending on group size. Three days in the Orobie Alps start at €2.450 per person for facilitation. You book accommodation, meals and guides directly with our local partners; travel and transport are not included.
- Do I have to share personal things?
- No. We agree out loud beforehand what stays confidential and what is voluntary. You can take part fully without saying anything about your personal life.
- Can I also do this with my own team?
- Yes, then it is one of the three formats: in house, the Flemish Ardennes or remote in Italy. This page is about joining without a team.
