A person

The Owner Walk

One person. One question. Half a day outside.

What it is

Half a day

For entrepreneurs and leaders with something on their minds. Strategy, growth, a hard decision, leadership or simply the next step. No coaching room with a clock and a box of tissues. We go for a walk.

Because you've discussed it in your head enough times. Walking next to someone who keeps asking and has nothing to sell, does something else with the same question. You don't have to be able to formulate them perfectly first.

  • You've been walking around with the same decision for weeks.
  • You have no one in the company to whom you can say this out loud.
  • You don't want a process of ten sessions, you want to move forward.
The Owner Walk

The rhythm

How a day here unfolds.

  1. 01

    Vertrek

Twenty minutes to hear what's going on. We sharpen the question before we leave.

  2. 02

    First stretch

From judgment to perception. What's really happening, regardless of what you think about it?

  3. 03

    Silent stretch

Walking alone. No assignment. This is often where the most happens.

  4. 04

    Koffie

Sit down, write down what came up, and see what remains.

  5. 05

    Terugweg

What do you choose, what do you do within 72 hours, and who notices?

Who it's for

Who this is for.

Also in open group

Prefer not to be alone? During our Open Owner Walks, four to eight entrepreneurs come together, each with their own question.

  • No two participants from the same industry.
  • No elevator pitches, no badges, no networking marathon.
  • Feedback from people who don't want to sell you anything.

What you take home

Not a report. A plan.

  • A decision, or a very clear first step towards it.
  • New language for something you've been spinning around for months.
  • A short note of what you're going to do, not a report.

A full day works too, at a higher price. The from-price covers the basic version: half a day.

Prijzen

Why it says “from”

Every price on this site is a base price: the simplest version of that format. What gets added on top is not small print, but this:

Duration.
A full day costs more than half a day. Obvious, but we prefer to say it out loud.
Food and drink.
A sandwich along the way is not the same as a table in a rifugio. You choose, we simply pass on the cost.
Number of days.
For the multi-day formats in Italy, the from-price covers three days. Four or five days we work out to measure.

You get a concrete amount before you sign anything. No surprises afterwards, no quote that takes three weeks.

Does this format fit your question?

Thirty minutes is enough to know whether this works. We discuss the question, the group and the right length.

One day, half day possible

Basecamp Day

An intensive day, walking and building

Team Reset
