Not everyone needs four days in Italy straight away. A pity. Also practical. Five formats, from half a day alone to a retreat in the mountains.
The prices are simply here. You do not have to request a brochure or fill in a form to get them.

The Owner Walk
Half a day · From €250 per person
One person. One question. Half a day outside.
For entrepreneurs and leaders with something on their minds. Strategy, growth, a hard decision, leadership or simply the next step. No coaching room with a clock and a box of tissues. We go for a walk.

For issues that you do not solve by scheduling meeting number seven. We take the team out of the normal context and build a day around a clear challenge. Outside where possible, LEGO® Serious Play® on the table where it helps.

An intensive day, walking and building · From €2,500 per group
Sometimes a team doesn't have to work harder. It has to go in the same direction again.
An intensive day on collaboration, trust, direction and concrete agreements. No team building with someone dangling from a rope at 2:30 p.m. Unless you really insist.
- A team that runs well, but can do better.
- A team that doesn't run well. Also a pretty clear signal.
- A team after a growth spurt, a merger or a departure that left something open.

Founders’ Escape
Three days, in an open group · From €1.950 per person
Entrepreneurship is sometimes a rather lonely team sport.
A small group of entrepreneurs, a few days outside, good food and real conversations. Everyone brings their own questions. No business-card marathon and no 8:15 a.m. keynote.

Four days away from your business. So you finally have time to think about it.
Spiazzi di Gromo, the Orobie. Mountains, rifugios, local food, brisk walks and enough distance to look at the bigger picture again. With substantive sessions when they are needed. And aperitivo when needed. After all, we're not monsters either.
- A leadership team that has to choose a direction and wants days to do it.

Why it says “from”
Every price on this site is a base price: the simplest version of that format. What gets added on top is not small print, but this:
- Duration.
- A full day costs more than half a day. Obvious, but we prefer to say it out loud.
- Food and drink.
- A sandwich along the way is not the same as a table in a rifugio. You choose, we simply pass on the cost.
- Number of days.
- For the multi-day formats in Italy, the from-price covers three days. Four or five days we work out to measure.
You get a concrete amount before you sign anything. No surprises afterwards, no quote that takes three weeks.
