Orobie Basecamp

Team coaching

Team coaching for what stays under the meeting table.

Everyone nods. After the meeting, everyone does something different. Teams looking for coaching often want a way out of that pattern. We facilitate a focused team day around your collaboration. Not an endless programme just because programmes are a thing.

Collaboration, trust and clear roles

Growth, a merger, a departure or agreements everyone interprets differently: these are concrete starting points. We discuss what is happening, including each person’s own part. Not just what their colleague ought to change.

A focused session, not a standard coaching programme

Orobie Basecamp offers facilitated sessions and retreats, not an ongoing team-coaching programme. WALK, BUILD and DECIDE help you explore patterns, show different perspectives and agree on next steps. We use LEGO® Serious Play® where it helps.

Which format and budget?

Basecamp Day at your workplace: from €1.250 for half a day or €1.850 for a full day per group. Team Reset in the Flemish Ardennes: from €2.500 for half a day or €4.500 for a full day per group, for 6 to 16 people. We choose the format after an exploratory conversation.

A team to realign

Frequently asked questions

Short and concrete.

Is this a long-term team-coaching programme?
No. We offer focused sessions, team days and retreats. We start with a defined question and practical agreements. If your question does not fit our offer, we say so.
Who takes part in a Team Reset?
The existing team that wants to work on the question together, including those responsible for the agreements. Team Reset is designed for 6 to 16 people.
What happens after the team day?
You return with individual agreements and a first visible step within 72 hours. Who does what, and who notices, is written down. A good conversation is a start, not an outcome in itself.

So. What now?

Step 1

A thirty minute conversation

You describe what is not moving. We ask the question more clearly and say honestly whether we are the right party.

Step 2

A proposal that suits you

The right formula, the price, the duration, and what we need from you. No standard quote.

Step 3

A date and a checkpoint

A date that works for your agenda, plus a conversation after thirty days to see if the plan remains alive.
