Inspirational hikes

Inspirational hikes, walking to decide.

We run inspirational hikes: guided walks for companies, teams and entrepreneurs that set the conversation in motion. No pep talk, no inspiration that evaporates by Monday, but a choice on paper.

What an inspirational hike is

A walk with a question, guided by two facilitators who know when to stay quiet. We call the approach the WALK method: four movements from noise to choice. What, Another, Learn, Key. The trail does the rest.

Building yourself as an entrepreneur

For business leaders thinking on their own: you walk with entrepreneurs from entirely different sectors, and that is exactly why someone dares to ask the question your own team never asks. You come back with a next step, not with insights.

For teams that want to talk instead of meet

Walking side by side changes the pecking order in a group. Those who usually stay quiet talk. Those who usually take the floor listen. Afterwards LEGO® Serious Play® makes what emerged along the way visible, and decidable.

Where we walk

In the Flemish Ardennes, around Michelbeke and the Muziekbos in Ronse, for half a day or a full day. And in the Orobie Alps above Spiazzi di Gromo, for three or five days with local businesses only. If you cannot get away, we come to you.

Inspirational hikes, walking to decide.

We had been meeting about the same decision for a year. After one day of walking it was made, and, more importantly, everyone stood behind it.

Frequently asked questions

Short and concrete.

What is the difference from regular team building?
For us the walk is not an activity but the working format. There are no assignments and no games. There is a question, a trail and a facilitator who keeps the conversation on track.
Does this work for an individual entrepreneur?
Yes. You walk with business leaders from other companies and industries. No competitors, but people with the same kind of questions.
What do you take home?
A knot cut, a shorter list, one sheet of paper with the plan, and people who understand why. Concrete enough to start on Monday.
How do you start?
With a thirty-minute conversation about your question, the right format and the right length. After that you know whether this fits.

So. What do you want to change?

We always start with a thirty-minute call: your question, the right format, the right length. After that you'll know whether this fits.
