A team to realign

Team Reset

Sometimes a team doesn't have to work harder. It has to go in the same direction again.

What it is

An intensive day, walking and building

An intensive day on collaboration, trust, direction and concrete agreements. No team building with someone dangling from a rope at 2:30 p.m. Unless you really insist.

We leave the meeting room behind and combine walking with building. Side by side, there is no head of the table. Bricks bring into view what stayed under the surface in the meeting.

  • A team that runs well, but can do better.
  • A team that doesn't run well. Also a pretty clear signal.
  • A team after a growth spurt, a merger or a departure that left something open.
Team Reset

The rhythm

How a day here unfolds.

  1. 01

    Calm departure

Check-in, the psychological contract, and one landing question per person to set off with.

  2. 02

    First climb

In pairs, fifteen minutes each. What's really going on here?

  3. 03

    Silent stretch

Walking alone. No assignment, no conversation. This is where the work happens.

  4. 04

    Plateau

In trios: how would the other person describe this? From certainty to curiosity.

  5. 05

    Break with no task

Eat, sit, stay quiet or talk about something else.

  6. 06

    Choice with buddy check

First alone, then with your buddy: what will you do differently within 72 hours, and who will notice?

  7. 07

    Back to the table

Build what you see now and did not see before, and the agreements on paper.

Who it's for

Who this is for.

For teams

Walking side by side removes the table. No head seats, no laptops, no slides to hide behind.

  • Pairs and trios rotate, so nobody spends the whole day with the same person.
  • Whoever usually dominates gets the same time as everyone else, no more.
  • The day ends with commitments, not just interesting insights.

What you take home

Not a report. A plan.

  • New language for something that circled for months.
  • Sight of your own part in it, the step most teams skip.
  • Concrete agreements per person, with a first visible step within 72 hours.

Prijzen

Why it says “from”

Every price on this site is a base price: the simplest version of that format. What gets added on top is not small print, but this:

Duration.
A full day costs more than half a day. Obvious, but we prefer to say it out loud.
Food and drink.
A sandwich along the way is not the same as a table in a rifugio. You choose, we simply pass on the cost.
Number of days.
For the multi-day formats in Italy, the from-price covers three days. Four or five days we work out to measure.

You get a concrete amount before you sign anything. No surprises afterwards, no quote that takes three weeks.

Does this format fit your question?

Thirty minutes is enough to know whether this works. We discuss the question, the group and the right length.

Half a day

The Owner Walk

One day, half day possible

Basecamp Day

Three days, in an open group
