Every bed, meal, and guide comes from someone who lives in the Val Seriana, and you book directly with them. No tour operator in between, no commission chain, not even through us.

Wanneer een dag afstand niet genoeg is. Vanuit Spiazzi di Gromo trekken we letterlijk de bergen in.
Meerdaagse retreats met hikes, lokale partners, rifugio's, eten en inhoudelijke sessies. Geen resort en geen conferentiehotel: een basis waar je een keer uitpakt en de valleien naar jou toe komen.
Je rijdt mee met ons vanuit België, of je vliegt op Bergamo en wij halen je op aan de luchthaven. De auto is ongeveer twaalf uur onderweg, de vlucht ongeveer anderhalf uur. In de auto mag je af en toe een liedje kiezen en zorgen wij voor chips.

We handle the facilitation. You book accommodation, meals and guides directly with our local partners in your own name. You arrange your own travel and transport. We are facilitators, not a travel agency.

The money stays in the valley
What a retreat costs here pays for a rifugio's roof, a trattoria's kitchen and a guide's winter. That's the difference between visiting a region and keeping it alive.
Social employment
We work with initiatives that create jobs for people with few options here: trail maintenance, catering, transport and retreat logistics.
Outside the season
Our retreats fall in spring and autumn, exactly when the valley is quietest. Work in the months that would otherwise be empty.
Closer to home
Not every question needs a plane ticket.
