Format 01

In house

We bring the method to you.

What it is

Half or full day

Sometimes a team simply can't get away. Then we come to your company or a venue of your choosing, and set up the same structure we use on the mountain.

No travel time, no logistics, no excuses. Same four movements, same speaking time for everyone, same landing in an action plan.

  • A team stuck in the same meeting with the same outcome.
  • An organisation with a strategy that isn't landing.
  • A leader who feels resistance but can't locate it.

I expected a team building. It turned into the first honest conversation with my team in two years.

The rhythm

How a day here unfolds.

  1. 01

    Preparation

An intake call and one sharp question. We speak with the client beforehand and, if needed, with two or three team members.

  2. 02

    Contract and check-in

We agree out loud what stays confidential and what is voluntary. Without that contract, nobody puts anything real on the table.

  3. 03

    W and A

What is really happening here, and how does someone else see it? In pairs and trios, moving wherever the venue allows.

  4. 04

    L and K

Which pattern are we keeping alive, and what do we choose now? Every insight gets an owner and a first visible step.

  5. 05

    Back to the table

What was said becomes visible: with LEGO® Serious Play® we build a model the whole group stands behind.

  6. 06

    Harvest

The action plan on paper, plus a checkpoint after thirty days.

Who it's for

For teams and for individual business leaders.

For teams

The whole team in one room, with a structure that stops the loudest voice from owning the day.

  • Everyone gets meaningful speaking time, including those who stay silent in meetings.
  • Nobody has to share anything personal to take part.
  • The day ends with choices the team made itself, not with our advice.

For individual business leaders

In house we also work with small groups of business leaders from different industries, at a venue you choose together.

  • Four to eight entrepreneurs from entirely unrelated sectors.
  • Feedback from people with nothing to sell you.
  • You leave with one decision you've been postponing for months.

What you take home

Not a report. A plan.

  • One shared picture of what is really going on, in language the team made itself.
  • An action plan with an owner and a date behind every choice.
  • A tangible model that stays on the table once everyone is back at work.
