Orobie Basecamp

Retreats

Three to five days that change your decisions

One base in Spiazzi di Gromo, walks that open up the conversation, and a method that makes sure it doesn't end at a nice day out.

For teams who want to decide together

Team retreat

For teams who want to decide together

For leadership teams, managers and teams stuck on strategy, collaboration or direction. We facilitate, you decide.

For entrepreneurs who want to work on their business

Entrepreneurial Escape

For entrepreneurs who want to work on their business

A small group of entrepreneurs from different sectors. One question of your own, days to walk it through, and people with nothing to sell you.

The sample rhythm

This is what a retreat looks like.

No rigid schedule. Every day has one question, one walk and one moment where we harvest what has emerged.

Day 1

Arrive and let go

  • Arrival in Spiazzi
  • Short walk to the ridge
  • Aperitivo
  • Dinner and first question

Day 2

The long day

  • Early breakfast
  • Full-day walk
  • Lunch at a rifugio
  • Thinking time alone
  • Evening session with the group

Days 3–4

Only on the five-day edition

  • A second long walk, higher up
  • A slow day: village, thermal water, reading
  • One-to-one walk with your host
  • Evening session with the group

Final day

The plan

  • Breakfast
  • Morning walk
  • Your next steps on paper
  • Long lunch
  • Goodbye

Three or five days?

Three days

One arrival day, one long day on the trail, one morning to put your next steps on paper. The version that fits a busy diary.

Five days

The same shape with room to breathe: a second high walk, a slow day, and a one-to-one walk with your host before you decide anything.

Group size

4 to 6

A lot of depth is possible; the whole group can come together more often.

7 to 12

The ideal size. Most of the work happens in pairs and trios.

13 to 16

Two facilitators or fixed pods, with a shorter plenary harvest.

A checkpoint after thirty days

Thirty days later we come back to the model and the commitments, online or in person. It is the difference between a good day out and something that actually changed.

What fits your question?

In thirty minutes we'll know whether this works, which format fits and how many days you need.
