For entrepreneurs
Walk with the question you keep putting off
A small group of entrepreneurs from different sectors, three to five days in the Orobie Alps, and one question worth days of walking.

Sound familiar?
- You want to invest in yourself as much as in your business.
- You're looking for perspective, not another workshop with slides.
- You'd rather think next to people from other trades than in your own bubble.
- You know the answer is already somewhere in your head, and it needs room to surface.
Why this works
One goal, sharpened
We start with a call before you travel. You arrive with one question worth days of walking, not a list of twelve.
The mountain does the thinking
Six hours of walking loosens what a meeting room locks up. No agenda on the wall, no laptops, no notifications above 1,200 metres.
One base, not a different bed every night
You unpack once in Spiazzi di Gromo. The valleys come to you. That's the part a travelling retreat can never give you.
A small group as your mirror
Six to eight founders from different trades. Honest feedback from people with nothing to sell you, over dinner instead of in a boardroom.
The rhythm
How the days unfold.

How long you stay
Three days
One arrival day, one long day on the trail, one morning to put your next steps on paper. The version that fits a busy diary.
Five days
The same shape with room to breathe: a second high walk, a slow day, and a one-to-one walk with your host before you decide anything.
