We came for the mountains and stayed for the conversations
Orobie Basecamp grew out of two things: a house in Spiazzi di Gromo and years of experience facilitating difficult conversations.
How it began
We were looking for a place in the mountains and found a valley almost no one drives to.
We kept coming back, walked the paths, got to know the rifugi and the people, and saw how hard it is to discover this region the way locals experience it.
Meanwhile, we'd been facilitating conversations for teams and entrepreneurs for years, using LEGO® Serious Play® and what later became the WALK method. On a mountain path in the Orobie, those two worlds came together.

Walking side by side removes the table. Everyone gets the same speaking time.
